Terms and conditions

The cottage
A 25% non refundable deposit secures any bookings and payment of the final balance is required 6 weeks prior to letting, together with a refundable security deposit of £100.00 per week, to cover any breakages or damage that may occur during the letting period. The cottage will be cleaned on the day of arrival and guests are expected to leave the cottage in the condition they find it.

Camping
Payment on arrival. Guests are expected to have consideration for other guests and leave the camping area in the condition they find it.
